Maria Fiore Mazzarini

Maria Fiore studied at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance where in 2012, under the guidance of Prof.Matthew Trusler, she was awarded a Master in Perfomance with Distinction. After her graduation, she moved to Vienna to continue her studies with Prof. Anna Kandinskaya and Prof. Peter Schuhmayer. Maria Fiore has performed in various festivals in the UK and abroad as soloist and orchestral leader, including the London Handel Festival, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Greenwich International Early Music Festival, Klangspuren Schwaz Festival, Palazzina Liberty in Musica (Milan), Taormina Arte Festival, Brighton Fringe and Tête à Tête Opera Festival.
She has been a member of Southbank Sinfonia, and has played with the London Mozart Players, I Musicanti Ensemble, European Union Chamber Orchestra, Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, Ulster Orchestra and London Contemporary Orchestra.
On the side of her activity as orchestral and chamber music player in the UK and abroad, Maria Fiore has nurtured an interest for contemporary music, which led her to successfully take part to the London Sinfonietta Academy, Ensemble Modern International Academy Klangspuren, and has been invited to perform as part of the Bang on a Can Festival 2016 in the USA.
Following her experience in the USA, in 2018 Maria Fiore has created and curated the project MusArt Collective. The ensemble proposes established and emerging American composers, creating cross-art performances which include audio, electronic and visual material.
